We are using a CCTV and doorbell from DMSS. But after changing our internet provider, we are struggling to reset the Wi-Fi. We are using 5G (and before), but we can’t connect it to Wi-Fi. We have to use a LAN cable instead. I remember that the installer initially connected it with a cable and then set up the Wi-Fi. Would you be able to set it up for us?

Needing help setting up my new wifi modem

Our corner room barely gets any internet speed. We have tried different wifi extenders and even brought a new router but it seems that we need help from an expert to help us with this issue.
