Bathroom tiles and all other floors are "wooden" but need a good clean, kitchen floor is a bit greasy. 3. Any spot cleaning to make the new tenants feel at home. Anything you notice that you can easily address. There is one rust stained tile in the bathroom that could be cleaned and paint on a couple of door handles. Ground floor unit, with parking at front door easy access to windows inside and out. Access via key lockbox.
