Urgently need windows cleaned inside & outside including flyscreens

Request for the cleaning of my two balconies in Belconnen. First balcony is 5.5m by 1.9m and required floor cleaning and the cleaning of a three pane sliding door. Second balcony is 3.9x1.7m and required floor cleaning, cobweb removal and the cleaning of a two pane sliding door. There’s not drain point so all floor cleaning will need to be done with a scrubbing brush and mop and bucket. Water can’t flow over the edge of the balcony too. Outside of sunroom and kitchen window cleaning

I need someone to wash the external windows for my four bedroom house. Would probably be best with a power hose. There’s decent access to taps the whole way around the house. It’s about 12 windows of various sizes.

We are keen to get someone in to give all of our windows/doors a good clean as well as a general clean across the outside of the house (removal of spider webs, clean verandah, etc). The main task would be cleaning windows/sliding doors and sliding door tracks. There are approx. 5 sliding doors and 5 main windows. The screen doors tend to be a bit fiddly/come off their tracks so you'd need to be handy with getting those back into place. Great if you have your own gear for the job. We have some basics. Job would need to be completed between 9 and 6 on either a Monday or Friday (not a public holiday).

The external surrounds to the aluminium window to the upstairs bedroom needs to be properly sealed. The height for the external window is approximately 5-7meters.

Small balcony on high rise building, I don’t have a tap on the balcony but I do have a hose connector on my laundry tap that can be used (which it has been used before for this purpose). The concrete is dirty, two sliding doors need a good clean as well and get rid of cobwebs/spiders/bugs accumulated over time.

My home has raked ceilings with cathedral windows that need cleaning, on the inside. In the living room we have a set of 3 small windows, as well as 3 separate windows in the toilet, bathroom and hall (6 windows in total). They are all approx 4-5 metres high. They each need cobwebs cleared and the windows cleaned. The bathroom window also needs mould cleaned from the frame. This is a challenging window because you need to position a ladder in the shower recess below.
