It’s a 2 story 3 bedroom House (internal approx 150m2, and external approx 50m2) has minimal stuff in it, basic furniture, some kitchen contents, empty draws elsewhere, but needs good clean inside and out. 1) Tidy outside so clean and immaculate: - remove and take away leaves off ground -High-Pressure clean pavers and strip drain (industrial size only) - soft-wash marks/clean walls where needed - remove any cobwebs - Clean windows and window sills - clean roof sheets where can be seen from house windows (2 rooms) 2) Inside- relatively clean but still needs full clean of house including glass windows and doorways. - clean kitchen including all cupboards and contents checked - bathrooms - wipe over in all house’s cupboards - vacuum and clean all floors

Need walls washed down where dirty; pressure clean strip drain and pavers where needed; clean window sills/windows/doors; clean part of roof seen from window; sweep up/remove leaves.

One of our window frames requires adjustment. The window comes away from the frane when the window is wound open (refer photos). Window is approx 500mm X 750mm

We have a very small bathroom with no ventilation which has caused a slight build-up of mould on the ceiling needing a professional clean. The rest of the bathroom also needs a clean, but this is mainly to get rid of the mould. The bathroom is 1.5 x 2m and the ceilings are low, meaning access is easy. Estimate a 30 minute task.
