I have a large apartment that has floor to ceiling windows that need cleaning. Had it done before and took 3-4 hours. Needs to be done asap.

Windows & glass. Our apartment is a a corner apt with floor to ceiling glass windows. We also have part of the balcony that is like a winter garden also floor to ceiling. Only internal required here external is not accessible and is done by strata. We’ve had it don’t before and it will likely take approx 4 hours. I live in a split level apartment with a small courtyard on the ground floor (approx 7x2 m)and a small balcony (approx 3x1 m)off the main bedroom on the first floor. They both face a busy road and it gets very dusty, so I've avoided going out there for over a year. I want someone to properly clean the area, removing leaves/debris, cobwebs and dust that have accumulated over time. Preferably the work would be done during business hours on Mon or Wed when my dog and I are out of the house.

What I want: I lost my window cleaner! He had been cleaning my windows for several years. I am looking for a competent, honest and dedicated cleaner to replace him. My needs: Windows and glass doors, to be cleaned inside and out. They can be reached from ground and level 1 of my apartment. The job is not complicated nor difficult. Two people did the cleaning previously in less than 1.5 hours. The cleaner would provide materials and tools of trade. Please note 1: I am seeking to engage a private worker and not a company. One bathroom with shower and bathtub (standard clean) and one balcony -drain, but no outdoor tap (floor washed and cobwebs removed, window wiped and sliding door tracks cleaned). Please bring all necessary equipment - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 23 September 2023

Specialist equipment will be required to complete this task - We are on the first floor of an apartment building. The outside of all windows/doors can be accessed by our balcony, however part of the balcony is very skinny (photo attached). A ladder will not be able to be used in this area to access the top of the windows due to safety issues.
