The timber has started to rot and it doesn't look the best. If someone can replace the rotten timber and paint it white, it will make the windows look a whole lot better. We require an experienced painter to paint our home’s exterior door and window frames. It is a single-storey house, and there are three doorways and fourteen windows (large windows are comprised of two or three smaller windows). Beforehand, the door and window frames will need to be sanded down, with any gaps being filled (refer to the photos). We can provide an electric hand-sander and paint brushes, but it is best you can provide your own equipment. We are yet to purchase paint and primer, so any insight into how much we should buy would be greatly appreciated!
