Find professional window frame repairs in Inner South Melbourne

We require an experienced painter to paint our home’s exterior door and window frames. It is a single-storey house, and there are three doorways and fourteen windows (large windows are comprised of two or three smaller windows). Beforehand, the door and window frames will need to be sanded down, with any gaps being filled (refer to the photos). We can provide an electric hand-sander and paint brushes, but it is best you can provide your own equipment. We are yet to purchase paint and primer, so any insight into how much we should buy would be greatly appreciated!

One window has some rotten wood. It's not the whole frame just certain parts and needs to removed and replaced.

Hi, Wood on the inside center area of the window frame is rotten and needs replaced. Wood is also rotten on the outside along the window on the right. Please see images. First floor apartment, roughly 5m high on the outside.

Apartment window I believe aluminium frame won’t completely close on one side appears only a few mm from closing. Currently a gap on left side and won’t close on right side. Window as not closing letting in cold air.
