Hi looking for a painter for a couple of hours to do two coats of paints for 4 trims around our windows and the trim around our garage. They have all been primed and paint will be supplied

We recently replaced 2 windows and require the wood architraves both internal and external to be painted. Will require some putty work. Fill some little holes with new frame Budget include material

Requiring carpenter or someone qualified to repair or replace this window frame prior to bathroom renovation. Task likely to be within the next 4 weeks.

We have two windows on our second storey granny flat where the sealant around the external window frames has deteriorated and cracked. As a result, water is starting to leak into the window bay and onto the internal wall when the rain gets really heavy. My insurance company have said they'll repair any internal wall damage but the external issue is maintenance that I need to fix first. I need someone who is confident replacing any water damage external timber framing around both windows and then resealing the window framing (and anywhere else around the window that needs sealing) to a high standard so no further water enters.
