Our window isn't opening and closing anymore due to the opening mechanism being off the frame

Timber is lifting on outside window frames, all areas around windows and timber areas on roof need some work

Material will be provided Assume I'd couple of hours job 1-fill the gaps sand if necessary and paint the hand rails Paint the window's frames (3)

Two walls require painting, which includes 3 window frames, small sections of wall and a small section of cornice. Paint supplied

I need help to finish this paint job. Photos below and I can supply more if helpful. It’s - 2x outside brick walls (pale grey) plus - the timber french doors (monument) - timber sash windows (monument) and - the timber bifold window and frame (white - note, the inside of it is white too already) I have already double-coated the edges/ cutting-in and there’s one coat on all of one wall. Needs another coat. Other wall half done for single coat - needs finishing plus second coat. The sash windows and French doors will need a clean/ rub down and then paint. The bifold and frame is quite new so only needs a wipe down and paint. I am happy for the price walls and French doors/ sashes to look a bit “rustic” but I want a slick finish on the bifold. I will supply paint, you need to bring all other equipment (although I have blue masking/ edging tape). I will need photos of previous work - I really want a pro paint job please.
