Find professional window frame repairs in NSW

Please view images to understand. I need a carpenter / handyman to replace the bottom and middle brace for all 3 windows listed in the image. The timber has started to rot and it doesn't look the best. If someone can replace the rotten timber and paint it white, it will make the windows look a whole lot better. I recently tried to replace my curtains but in doing so have caused the wooden window frame (which the curtain railing was attached to), to break because I put too much weight on the curtain railing. In the image attached (with the red cross) and video you can see that the window frame is starting to fall off/detach from the wall in the top left corner. I would like to put in place block out curtains which are obviously heavy so need to repair the window frame first. The second image (with the green tick) is of the top right corner of the window frame which is still in place. Please help.

My windows frame is leaking only when it rains and it seems the rain water drops onto the horizontal stud on top the window frame and then flow thru to the window frame. Please see photos.
