Find professional window frame repairs in Ryde

I need help to finish this paint job. Photos below and I can supply more if helpful. It’s - 2x outside brick walls (pale grey) plus - the timber french doors (monument) - timber sash windows (monument) and - the timber bifold window and frame (white - note, the inside of it is white too already) I have already double-coated the edges/ cutting-in and there’s one coat on all of one wall. Needs another coat. Other wall half done for single coat - needs finishing plus second coat. The sash windows and French doors will need a clean/ rub down and then paint. The bifold and frame is quite new so only needs a wipe down and paint. I am happy for the price walls and French doors/ sashes to look a bit “rustic” but I want a slick finish on the bifold. I will supply paint, you need to bring all other equipment (although I have blue masking/ edging tape). I will need photos of previous work - I really want a pro paint job please.

Window frame deteriorated due to wet weather, remove old wood. Replace with new and paint . Only need to replace under window

Neatly trim (1-2cm) off 60cm wide timber laundry window sill to be flush with window frame and sand back ready for painting. See photo - to be trimmed the length and width of the tape measure.

Hi, looking for someone to paint the gutters, fascia board, downpipes and external window frames of 2 storey house and external single storey 1 car garage (all external areas). Both the house and garage are brick, and the walls or roof does not require painting. We have already chosen colours (two colours) and require Dulux paint - paint can either we supplied and on charged to us, or we can supply. The building is a 1950’s construction with a 15 years old extension at the back. Some of the areas may require some prep (sanding, holes patched etc). Price posted in task is a guide only and will go on quotes provided. Location is Melrose Park and we can start immediately (around Covid restrictions).

Need to remove metal bracket from window frame that is limiting ability to full open the window. There are 3 windows with this bracket.
