A window was recently replaced (old frame was wood). Some damage was left which was unavoidable and it need repairing. Exposed brick needs to be painted with a textured paint to match window frame. Some gaps need filling on top. Broken tiles need to come off, sanded down and painted with textured paint. Also the wood piece at the bottom needs to be sanded flat and painted. OR open to any ideas on how to make the whole framed area look part of the building. ABN needed as its a business. - Due date: Flexible

An aluminium window needs to be removed. Note: just unscrewed as no sealant was applied when installed. Wooden framework needs to be repaired/ Sanded and painted with appropriate exterior paint on the outside and interior waterproof paint on the inside. The window then needs to be placed back. It sealed properly this time with adequate sealant. Also a linen cupboard door needs the hinges refitted and door hung back as it has come off the hinges. - Due date: Before Friday, 29 July 2022
