I require professional indoor plastering services to seamlessly cover the expansion foam filler around three newly installed window frames. Additionally, minor wall repairs are needed to address a few accidental cracks. The plastered surfaces must be finished to a high standard and ready for painting, though painting is not required at this stage. However, if the contractor has experience in painting, the painting scope can be awarded also. I am looking for a detail-oriented professional with a keen eye for perfection to ensure a flawless finish that blends seamlessly with the existing surfaces.

Hi, I have 3 windows frame to fix up. 2 come with the about 2250mm width X 1850mm height, the 3rd one is about 2600mm width X 1850 mm height. They are pretty difficult to open and can only open a little bit, or else the window glass will run out of the window frame. The sealing rubber nearly pealled off as well.

In a sliding window frame the glass has come away from the frame and need to be reattached. In louvre window, it appears to be stuck. And in another window again it may need resealing or something, it sounds like it vibrates with the wind, making a buzzing sound. Budget is unknown (amount set only to get the task posted).
