This window is outside exposed to rain and I can see that the bottom wood piece is water damaged. Looks like the one of the vertical pieces are also has some damage. I am looking for a handyman or carpenter to replace/repair the damaged wood ( or replace wit Aluminium ). Dont worry about getting 3mm glass, as I have already sourced double glazed panels for this window and we will use that panels when we replace glass.
