I have had a leak test report and they have found this window is leaking. I would like it to be resealed and a warranty of at least one year, more would be appreciated. I have put in $100 as a nominal figure please provide a quote.

One of the hinges has come off the window in the top corner, there is a piece to reattach it, but I don't understand if something else is missing. I'm writing $5 in the budget not to be disrespectful, I just don't know how involved this is to fix, happy to negotiate of course :)

URGENT HELP REQUIRED - We need to reinforce or reinstall around 15 hooks urgently (using the fastener style hooks) for displaying a hanging installation for our new store opening tomorrow (Saturday) morning. For one of the installations (see in picture), there are 8 hooks to be used - the current ones are too loose and need to be reinforced using the fastener or cup style hooks, whatever is appropriate. There are 2 other installations that require 4 hooks each (same style) - however those installations are much smaller and lighter than the ones seen in the picture. We have one window louvre that has lost the nut, bolt and washer connecting it to the steel frame that aligns it and adjusts its position. On the other side of the window our motorised strut has also lots its connection to the frame of louvres. In both instances, its a matter of nuts, bolts and washers coming loose over time. Window louvres are attached to a large north-facing window on the second floor. - Due date: Flexible

We got some condensation coming from windows, three in total, creating mold around those three, and two of those have affected the wood floor with dark stains. We would like to fix the mold but also fix the floor if possible.

Hello, I need someone to advise and implement a method to hang 8 plants from the cornice of my bedroom window. The width of the ceiling of the cornice is 2 cm, and I was thinking of asking you to insert 8 screws (with hooks to hang plants) at regular intervals along the cornice ceiling (on the top inside). I am not sure what screws would be best, but if you advise, I can pick these up from Bunnings if you don't have them available. I thought another option might be to hang a rod below or within the cornice and hang the plants from that, but I am not sure which would be the best solution. Another option might be to insert the screws from the inside front of the cornice to provide room for adding a curtain rail later (as I think a sheer curtain may also help) - but I am interested to hear your thoughts. Install a new piece of glass over this little window . This little bathroom window currently has two pieces of glass overlapping each other with a big gap (about 5cm) to vent the bathroom. It doesn’t vent effectively and it allows the cold air and noise to get in. I’d like to cover both pieces with one new piece to block out the whole window. Approximately 120cm by 30cm. Power point is close by. Ignore the plants- they can be moved.

A wind-out/crank window has come loose from the pane itself, something to do with the screw and the hole/socket not lining up and needing replacement.

The window winder handle is broken and needs to be fixed and/or replaced. Can send a photo. Need to be done by Feb 7.

Need to put something solid on this window. Don't care what but need to be secure. Potentially a piece if metal screwed into the brickwork either side could work. Or like the originals put glass with bars for security...
