I need a new window in the toilet area of my apartment. There is currently a jalousie window (circa 1950's) sitting in a steel frame (walls are concrete). Behind the glass slats is a mesh screen, letting lot of cold air into an already cold apartment. Window is approx 65 x 40 cm. I would like a quote for a casement or awning style window with an aluminium frame (including installation). 4 sash windows in apartment built in 1920s. Elwood area. They are in differing states (some pulleys intact others not). All painted shut. Potentially also locked and do not have the key. Would like them in working order.

Cut round hole in glass for exhaust fan installation

Hi, I need a handyman to help with fixing the lever on my top hung outward window. See photos. The lever is detached and therefore I cannot open and close my window properly (mainly the latter).
