1. Supply & Install Mobile Scaffold 2. Scaffold must have wheels & platform at 2.4m & platform at 4.2m with safety-railing above 4.2m 3. Installer will be required to install and deinstall scaffolding twice. 1st install is for 2 x windows outside fence line and 2nd install is for 1 x window inside fence line. 4. Installer must drill 16 x holes into brickwork 5. Installer must screw 16 x bolts in order to mount 3 x window awnings (consisting of 3 x timbers) for each awning. 6. Installer must deinstall and remove scaffold from site.

From the recent stormy weather there has been some water damage to the following areas in my apartment which I would like repaired. 1. Wall damage underneath the wall of the air conditioner 2. Base of 2 windows have damp water damage near the closing edge of the window. See photos for above.

Seal around outside of window before potential rain this week. It has a leak coming internally from top of frame under heavy rain. Window is 1800 high about 1500 wide approx. about 5.5m to top of window 1m to fence line, so steep on ladder or platform ladder would be ideal. large single window in photo.

I am moving house and my cat has busted open a lot of the fly screens for the windows which all need replacing. I have attached a picture of one of them below. I’m unsure as to what to price it as just looking at connecting with people who can replace them and there prices. Just counted them up and there is 8 fly screens that need replacement, please let me know your price and skill set and I’ll pick someone asap.
