The lock of my living room screen door got stuck and can’t open it. Also the bathroom window screen keeps popping and I have used tape for now but I think it just needs to be screwed to the frame permanently to avoid popping out. My room screen door feels too fragile, wobbles a bit.

Bedroom window needs to externally shaded in Summer. the job is either to install a pre-made external shade blind or to construct a simple shade blind from framed lattice and shade cloth. the shade will be approximately 3m x 3m and extend from the eve to the ground.
