Hi, my flyscreen just fall off. Need someone to install it back. I'm on 3rd floor, so tall ladder is needed. Fly screen still in good condition (i believe)

During heavy rain water has come through this bathroom door Need someone qualified to check it and seal

The casing of the sash window’s spring shattered and the spring has tangled. The window doesn’t really open because of this. I’m in a 70s brick unit in Hawthorn, on the first floor. The sash windows are very old and one of the springs has broken when opening the window. I’ve attached some photos, including what one of the non-broken window frames looks like.
