We need a new piece of fly wire for the front and for a bedroom window

I want to fill in the hole that will be left by removing a box air conditioner with a glass window. Hole is approximately 52cm by 102cm. I need the job done on January 24th or very soon afterwards

Sash window with weight pulley chain broken

Window shutter has come down outside and I can't roll it up with a handle from inside. So this needs to be fixed.

The winding mechanism is disconnected from the window frame. The frame itself has rotted, causing the wood to split and the screws to loosen out. Looking for this to be repaired and connected.
