2x window frames need repairing. One is worse than the other. Looks like frames need to be re-glued/ puttied and exteriors repainted.

Render repair required on upstairs window. See photos attached. Job is to repair render on all 4 sides of a single window and leave ready for painting. I initially thought that this job could be completed from inside, but I have not been able to remove both parts of the (sliding) window components. Therefore I now believe the job will need to be completed from the outside with a ladder. Good access from below pathway, however bidder to confirm that there is enough space for safe operation of their ladder.
