I need a window repaired to remove the rotten part

4 windows requiring sash repair and checking of weights. Knowledge of how to access the panels is important. This job requires someone with experience. We are currently painting the rooms so a good time to fix the windows too!

I need someone to help for the old house need to replace the lock. It needs 9 locks need to replace But for new lock it is stuck. And need someone to open 4 windows cannot open due to after painting. We need a handyperson to help us with two things that need fixing in our house. We need to show the council that we cannot open our three north-facing windows more than 11cm for Building Regs purposes. Two of our winders have been "unlocked" to open around 30cm. I’m looking for someone to silicon seal my external windows to make it water proof. If you look at the photo - it’s the middle section “frosted” or white part of the windows that need silicon sealing around their edges. The location is between the ground and first floor of my house.
