Hi, looking for a team of two to assist with moving and swapping lounges between two lounge rooms in my home. The job involves: • a 2.5-seater lounge frame (no cushions) upstairs (2.5 flights of stairs). The feet on this lounge are removable, and the feet may need to be taken off for easier maneuvering, so you may require a screwdriver. • Taking a 3-seater lounge downstairs (same route in reverse). This lounge comes apart into 3 pieces, making it a little easier to move. • Applying block-out window film in a bedroom. The room has large windows covering approximately two walls. I’ve attached a picture to show the tools that may be required and to give a better understanding of how the film is applied. This will involve measuring , cutting, wiping the windows, and applying the film using water. Key Requirements: • Extreme care must be taken to avoid scratching walls when moving the lounges. Precision and patience are a must! • Experience with moving furniture in tight spaces would be ideal. • The window film application is straightforward but requires attention to detail. I have some rubbish I need removed (too heavy for me and/or big to fit into my car). - old timber from removed window valances (one hasn’t been cut in half so max length 245cm) - 3 old sets of aluminum window blinds (max length is 256cm) - 3 internal doors (all approx. 76x202cm) Please note: My apartment is on the third level - and has no lift! I can bring everything down to ground level for you, except for the doors (too heavy for me), if needed.

Handyman needed to replace fly screen mesh. The window flyscreen bracket easily come off for flyscreen mesh replacement. You need to go to bunnings to get one that fits 1450 X 510 (Syneco 2m x 1220 - $10) and the other 940 x 870 (syneco 810 x 2050 - $8). Then go to the house, cut them in size and replace them. Fairly easy task and hours fairly flexible. It should only take 10 minutes max. After working hours during the week and flexible over weekend.

Recently noticed water ingress during heavy rain near the corners of my 2 bedrooms, the side of which this is happening is glass. Due to which the plywood carpet underlay is seen as rotten near the corners. Need a good professional tradie to fix the water ingress. I have attached few pics of one of the corner and the glass window for reference. This is happening in 2 corners of each bedroom.

These metal window coverings need to be chain sawed off to improve view. If there’s a way to leave the black beam then I would prefer that.
