Need help with three handyman tasks: - disassemble dining table and move upstairs to be used as a desk - fix window in bedroom which does not close all the way - attach new door handles to wardrobes

Hoping a handy person can replace the bottom timber on this window to make it good. It’s a rental property at the moment but whole house will be demolished some time late next year. So looking for a temporary fix. Thanks

cut a 23cm square out of an existing window.

Our large window roller has come off the feeder and its in the top of the unit. This has happened before and the person opened it and put it back on. Looked easy if you know what you are doing. The screws to get into it are rivets so I dont know how to open. Also need the bottom of our shower resealed on two walls at bottom as mould is growing underneath. Also same issue on one side of bath. Just need seals pulled off and new ones applied. Same colour and looking seal would be great so cant tell difference from rest of seals.

I need the beads put back in a blind and also a window handle fixed

The apartment window can not be opened. Looks like a right side gas strut doesn't work. And a small part near the window handle is missing

Bathroom window leaks during heavy rain. The window is intact, as is the surrounding frame. I wonder if a simple cover outside window will work. Photos of window from inside and outside taken. Will need to access neighbour’s driveway to complete task which is easy to organise

The windows don’t go up and down, they have rarely. We believe it’s an electrical problem.
