Install fly nets in the windows and fix one window door which is not closing properly.

There are a few windows that cannot close completely as the windows do not fit the frames, need to take those off trim the edges and put it back so they will fit the wooden frame. - Due date: Flexible

Need someone to bring a long/extendable ladder so we can fix window seal that’s come out for first floor window. Window seal/rubber just needs to be pushed inside. 5 minute job all up. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 9 September 2023

A)Exterior flywire door doesnt close automatically perfectly, coming off upper hinge, needs fixing. Also needs an additional latch on door at higher height. B) exterior window needs a restrictor on it so it doesn't open more than 10cm. C) old aviary needs to be unscrewed from base and disposed of. - Due date: Before Sunday, 20 August 2023

I have got an awning window located in the kitchen that couldn't close off fully due to the thick paints. I try to sand the edge of the window, but the jammed location is very tricky (up high at the arm area), probably need to take out the whole window to cut the edge off a bit in order to fit in. Our removalist needs the window to be removed so that he can take a large cabinet out of the house. We have the help on site but not the knowledge of how to remove it.
