I have a fairly new place which has 3 awning windows that do not open very much. My research says there is a restrictor but it can be unrestricted to extend so the windows open further and get some decent airflow.

Attach bottom aluminium length to bottom of window frame so there is no visible fixings. Seal/caulk sides where the bottom length is attached to match existing caulking. I have an aluminium length that can be used if useful but otherwise would need own tools & materials. Also if you could rescrew a screw that has come out of the bottom track of my retractable blinds that would be great. I've tried but screw just spins.

Both bedroom robes need hanging rod refitted and shelf reenforced 3. Kitchen window needs frame re attached (we have the pieces) 4. Some small areas need skirting board fixe (we have skirting) 5.
