I have a aluminium window that has a fly screen track on the outside but no fly screen. The window is approximately 750mm high and 1200 wide. We use this windwo to access the roof for maintenance so the fly screen needs toslide across to the fixed part of the window at allow access. The screen is to be positioned on the outside of the windows and slip to the right. the whole of the window is approximately 2400 wide. I would like to confirm before the 27th but the job can be done any time before 5th oct.

Looking for someone to make and install a fly screen (fibreglass mesh, white frame) into a casement window (see photo attached). Looks to be a groove on the upper side that the screen would slide into. Frame will be approx 925mm wide x 1135mm high. Flexible with timing but would like it done asap.

To securely install a hook that is strong enough to hang a 70cm diameter framed mirror(approx 8 to 11kg) onto the underside of my window opening. I've bought a chain and hooks to help with this job. Possible dates/times: Wed to Sat...after 4.15pm is ok. Sunday from 11.15am, Monday from 8.45 to 10.30am, Tuesday from 3.15pm... Due date: ideally done before or on 12th August 2023

Just moved into a new flat - lovely big windows but light obscured by metal grates over windows. Some screws are fine and come out easily (after a bit of WD40, though some are stubborn and need a impact screwdriver. Ladder will be required (photos with weight attached).

...left hand sash window, one cord broken. Might as well do both cords while the window is out. Retain original timber surround for reinstall without need to replace with new.

A small water damaged window sill needs to be repaired. Also a part of a wall that meets the damaged window sill and the skirting board below it needs patching. We have the paint to use once repaired. Refer to the photos to see the damage.
