Windows don’t work l have replaced the main switch

Chain winder on my windows has started to wear out. 4 of them are worn out. Windows can still be opened so it's just basically replacing them with new ones. Looking online, the winders cost is between $27-$32. Price is for the labour and if someone can get the winders for the cost price and let me know please. Flexible with date time, would be good if this can be done this Friday morning or early next week. See photos.

Remove TV from Wall bracket and then remove the bracket itself from the wall. Replace broken window chain winder with a new one.

We had a tradesman put a window in, however he got injured and will no longer be able to finish the job. Request for a quote to please. We need this done as soon as possible preferably within the week. I am still checking prices so please let me know how much you will need to charge for a job like this.

Id like a quote on making the window in the pic bigger and making it so the window has a bit of a bench to sit on. Id want the window from the inside to be flush with the wall so the seat would need to extend out a little from the wall on the outside. Toilet windows mesh has torn and come off needs replacing.

Two of the panes are cracked, one is roughly 1500 x 1000 and the other is roughly 1500 x 300. I would like the window panes replaced. The large pane has had mdf stuck on both sides, just stuck to the glass, not to the frame, so it should come out easily enough once the glass is broken out. The frame is metal. There are bars on the outside which can't be removed so it will have to be done from the inside. The bench in front can be moved if necessary. Must be done on a Sunday Monday or Tuesday, sooner the better. There is laneway access and side street parking but no parking out front.
