Windows don’t work l have replaced the main switch

Chain winder on my windows has started to wear out. 4 of them are worn out. Windows can still be opened so it's just basically replacing them with new ones. Looking online, the winders cost is between $27-$32. Price is for the labour and if someone can get the winders for the cost price and let me know please. Flexible with date time, would be good if this can be done this Friday morning or early next week. See photos.

Remove TV from Wall bracket and then remove the bracket itself from the wall. Replace broken window chain winder with a new one.

We had a tradesman put a window in, however he got injured and will no longer be able to finish the job. Request for a quote to please. Id like a quote on making the window in the pic bigger and making it so the window has a bit of a bench to sit on. Id want the window from the inside to be flush with the wall so the seat would need to extend out a little from the wall on the outside. Whilst clearing some debris from the roof, an upstairs (1st floor) awning window has come off its hinges. I took off the roller chain and unfortunately pushed the window out too far.
