This window needs to be able to open. Currently screw/is nailed in place (no hinges), and no way of opening it. There is lots of room around the window to work with.

French doors need new door seal and hinge is loose causing door to droop a little. Two windows need new sash as they have broken

the window wooden sill in the bathroom need to be replaced. The humidity has deteriorated the wood. or it may be a leaking problem as well. this is an aluminium window but the sill is wood made. if you are interested, please give me a quote and details on how you would fix the issue.

Hello, we need metal bars removing from 2 windows (image attached) They are metal bars attached to apartment windows. Job Strata approved.

Washing machine has somehow moved when in use blocking door to get into laundry room. Only way I can see for being able to get in is to remove metal bars (picture attached) and climb in. Will need to be put back afterwards. Screws lol very rusted so would imagine might need to be angle grinded off and then put back on.
