Installing fly screen awning window

We've just installed a new window into timber framed gyprock and need someone to plaster around it in preparation for painting. Window is 1800 x 1200. Proper quotes only please.

The louvres are not closing properly and need to be realigned so that they shut securely.

We need two steel (Gavlanised?) security grills removed to allow some remedial work on the window frames. The grills are welded to pins that lock to the brick surround for the larger one and with bolts/coach screws welded to the grill for the smaller one. After the timber restoration is complete we then need the two grills reinstalled. The photos show the current attachments. The smaller window is 750x450 and the larger is 1400x1200.

My window winder has been munched by my cats and need replacement.

We have 8 fly screens that need replaced, average size is 120 x 60cm. We have the fly screen and all the other tools necessary for the job Added detail: All screens are accessible internally with hooks to help take them on and off This is something we would normally do ourselves but would prefer to outsource

Need to get window sill fixed before the end of this week.

The small bracket on the left hand side bottom is broken / jammed in the frame

We have a thin rope tied to the latch of a window that sits above a stair case. We need the rope untied before we move out as we don't own a ladder.

I bought two flyscreens which attach to windows via self adhesive tapes. All materials, directions and ladder provided, job involves cutting and placing double sided magnetic tape to frame then screen and magnetic tape

The inner window glass on my Daniela oven has become unstuck. The glue holding the brackets that held the glass in place has detached from the oven door so the glass is now sitting in the door but no longer fastened to the door itself. It looks like there were 5 glued brackets based on the glue marks but there are only 2 detached brackets in the oven so 3 are missing. This may be why the two remaining brackets couldn't hold the glass in place? I am moving out of the property so I need a long term fix. I'm not sure if it can be fixed without sourcing the missing brackets or whether they need to be sourced as part of the job. Please let me know what you think can be done to fix this.

I need 3 exterior window awnings fitted. They are on the 2nd storey with a narrow gap of 1 metre to next door property. The wall is brick. You will need an extension ladder. The awnings are light and just require 2 dynabolts on each side - I have these

One window has a mechanism which is damaged and no longer closes easily. The other has a turnknob which has broken off. Will need you to source replacement parts that fit in these windows and then remove the current mechanisms and install the new ones.

There is some crumbling / cracks under my window sill and they require repair

Changed to block out curtains and they are too heavy for the curtain tracks and have fallen down. 1. Tracks are from IKEA were secured to the Gyprock. They need to be drilled into the metal frame and secured. (3 x 1400mm tracks) require securing. There are included IKEA securing devices pictured that lock into the track by turning them 90 degrees. If you have a better securing method, happy to hear your idea. Ceiling is gyprock on a metal frame suspended, see photo of aluminium. 2. Window locks are all loose. May need re drilling and securing with correct screws into the aluminium frame. (4 x window locks). Pictures attached. Any questions please ask.
