Timber is lifting on outside window frames, all areas around windows and timber areas on roof need some work

Carpenter/builder required to fix/adjust or replace internal door frames x2 and fix doors that are jammed.

We’ve smashed a small section of our rear patio door, they are an old set, single glazed, I brought a pane of glass and tried doing it myself, but haven’t got the skills or know how, the internal frame size is 615 high and 412 wide, with roughly 10mm tolerances each way, flexible when someone can come do this! Thanks a lot!

Our building is replacing windows on Tuesday and we need to have the burglar bars/grills removed before Monday night. Each is screwed into the brick with hex bolts or screw with hex lug nuts. Each window has 6 side bolts, 2 top and 2 bottom. There is first parking and the unit is on the ground floor. We also need to dispose of the bars - if you can do this also please provide an additional flat rate for that part. We have the paperwork from Strata that says we have to remove our own window bars.

Inspection of Heavy Glass sliding doors need wheels replaced. Doors are 2.5m square (not sure weight, but needs more than 2 people to lift off tracks. I believe the single wheels need double wheel replacements to deal with the weight better.

Two sash windows need repair. They have fallen off their weights.

Photos show damaged gyprock in an interior bulkhead ceiling section in a loungeroom The bulkhead is above a bay window in a project home built in the 1990’s. The gyprock is completely destroyed so cannot be sanded and painted. You can push a finger thru it with ease. Task is to completely remove and replace the horizontal surface of the bulkhead plaster structure only. There is no requirement to fix the water leak nor to do any painting. Gyprock is attached to a timber frame built especially for the bulkhead. I suspect the metal strip that forms the edge will also need to be replaced. The facia part of the bulkhead appears undamaged. Curtain track has been removed. Hole has been cut to determine source of the water leak. Task 1. Remove existing damaged gyprock from bay window bulkhead. 2. Fabricate replacement plasterboard bulkhead and affix to existing timber framework. 3. Replace rusted metal edge strip that forms the corner. 4. Sand and smooth plaster surfaces to a paintable finish. 5. Remove and discard all waste materials. Materials and Tools You will be required to supply all necessary materials and have the tools required to complete the task. The gyprock is standard 10mm interior Plasterboard RE. Would probably do best to use an Aquacheck board or similar to prevent future damage. Bulkhead dimensions are: Width widest 2.6m Width shortest 1.8m Depth 0.4m Total area 1sqm Location House is located in Little Bay in Sydney which is near La Perouse. There is ample parking directly in front of the house with driveway parking and access provided as needed. The job is located on the ground floor of a two storey home. Timing Am flexible with timing so start date can be agreed to. Power and water are within easy reach. I work from home full time so weekday and/or weekend access can be arranged.

Flyscreen for 1 small window (56x117) needs to be replaced as it is damaged. The window has two parts (57x117), but only the sliding/opening part needs to Flyscreen. You also need to buy a Flyscreen and bring along. The current damaged Flyscreen has its frame which you may/can/should use.
