Reattach metal window grille. Recently rendered the front of our house, and had metal security grille removed from front window during the render process. I need an expert to reattach the security grille, but will require a metal cut off saw to remove the outer attachments and then reattach / weld new attachments (maybe on the inside of the grille?), as the render has made the window area slightly smaller and grille attachment currently doesn’t fit.

We’ve smashed a small section of our rear patio door, they are an old set, single glazed, I brought a pane of glass and tried doing it myself, but haven’t got the skills or know how, the internal frame size is 615 high and 412 wide, with roughly 10mm tolerances each way, flexible when someone can come do this! Our building is replacing windows on Tuesday and we need to have the burglar bars/grills removed before Monday night. Each is screwed into the brick with hex bolts or screw with hex lug nuts. Each window has 6 side bolts, 2 top and 2 bottom. There is first parking and the unit is on the ground floor. We also need to dispose of the bars - if you can do this also please provide an additional flat rate for that part. We have the paperwork from Strata that says we have to remove our own window bars.

Inspection of Heavy Glass sliding doors need wheels replaced. Doors are 2.5m square (not sure weight, but needs more than 2 people to lift off tracks. I believe the single wheels need double wheel replacements to deal with the weight better.

Need a handyman to install angle trim above window sill and apply sealant all around. Bondi Junction area.
