Summary; We have windows that require minor paint touch-up on the edges, some sanding, and some repair/sealing. Please see photos and details below. Window set 1 Issue: Unable to close windows due to slight swelling of timber. Can be forced closed roughly but this could damage window. Task: - Remove windows from hinges (if required) - sand window edge where fowling occurs (around 2-3mm) - Re-fit windows (if they were removed) Window set 2-3 Issue: These windows were painted shut and was damaged after being attempted open. Task:Seal shut as well as paint right hand side window.Please only paint the area within the green dashed line, e.i. the part that opens. Ideally we do not have to paint the frame.

Install brackets on 1 x metal window and 3 x doors/gates. Install 3 x window stop locks. Hardware provided but need own tools. Needed for pool compliance certificate.

I could this myself but just run out of time. Should be pretty easy task.

Silicone sealing gaps between brick wall and window frames - only genuine licensed water proofers or those with building license please

My balcony sliding door is misaligned when closed. At the top there is a few centimetres gap when the door is closed. Also it when closing the door it takes an effort to do it, so would be good to replace rollers too. Would be good to also fix misaligned window (does not have rollers) that also has a gap in it. If all goes well, can also replace rollers on similar sliding door that does not have a gap but takes an effort to close for additional price.

My bedroom window that was left open snapped off in high wind . Window needs to be reattached to the window frame, small section of timber ripped off as well. need to be patched with builders bog or similar . Hinges look fine may need some new stronger screws some of the timer has been ripped off. BYO tools and screws. Need someone with carpentry experience.

Rusted metal window frame needs replacing

Old winder needs to be replaced by a new one that I bought. The screw on the window is stripped a bit, you may need a plier or other tools.

Holes in window frame from previous ant infestation, either need to replace or repair windowframe (potentially just need to fill in holes?) and just redo waterproof sealant around window base

We have a veneer feature box in the cavity of our double brick home. Cavity is 1 layer of brick. Scope is the remove cavity box (can be broken), cut second brick layer to suit window, install lintel, provide weatherproof barrier, install window, seal, make good surrounding damage form install as best as possible. Happy to pay fixed price or hourly rate + materials with reasonable margin. Opening measures 1280h x 380w. sand aluminum window frames around the house. around 20 window frames to be sanded. No specific skills required. It might a good casual task for a student or any other young adult. Hourly rate preferred. Due date: Flexible. but only on Thursdays and Fridays. It can be completed in multiple days/weeks. I provide sandpaper. As window frames are thin, unfortunately, it needs to be done by hand. Electric sanders are too big/chunky. - Due date: Flexible
