Find a trusted window repair service in WA

The council require us to affix locks to six windows to prevent them opening more than 100. I have purchased window locks and bolts from Bunnings (bolts needed so it's permanently immovable), but haven't been able to get them in.

To supply and install 3x fly screens with portholes to access handles.

Old security grille. It has something that looked like Allen key screws, but none would fit. I tried screw through a couple to remove , but made a bit of a mess of it. Unsure how to get it off. There are about 18 screws (or rivets) holding it on to a wooden window. I don't need to keep grille, so it can be rough.

After recent pool inspection ( my elderly father’s house) we need some help ensuring we meet the requirements. 1. Replace spring on gate to make it self closing 2. Drill screws into windows so they don’t open more than 10cm 3. Increase the height of a small section of wall ( doesn’t need to be brick) 4 install self closing latch onto sliding door.

Electric windows both buggered, tried many things, most likely both motors gone, before stripapart doors, anyone closeby who might know how suss this quick? Have several new switches, replaced all fuses, havnt tested relays..zz \0/

The wooden window frames of the front wall are termite damaged. Would like the whole window wall replaced with either wood or aluminium frames.

Ok there are around 3 older style 60s windows that have the round closure pull up style that are jammed shut due to we believe being painted over many times. We have managed to lift some of the windows but there are around 3 bedroom windows we really want opened as there’s no air conditioning and it’s an old house so we need air circulation 🥵 We can’t damage the frame too much and have tried many times to lift these windows with no luck. Most likely they need a chisel to remove paint. Note: I just broke the handle off the corroded last picture which is the most important window we want opened ( and busted my lip in the process) so some machinery is going to be required to get this open as it’s corroded which is unusual for steel. Any help appreciated please 🙏🏻 images included of ones we could get open.
