Bottom left Window pane of my 2nd floor house needs fixing. IT IS AN OLD HOUSE probably built 1950's.

Just need largeish L shape metal brackets drilled onto side of 2 storey house for a window aircon to sit on. Our regular drill isn't strong enough so you'll need a decent one that can drill into timber or masonry. Then lift the 35kg aircon in through the window and onto the brackets (and affix to brackets). Not a hugely difficult job if you have the right tools. We will supply the screws and brackets

Bedroom sliding door: 236cm x205cm (approximately) glass doors. It needs a new handle and lock (both missing). The bolt down below is rusted and unlockable. The entire door is extremely difficult to move. Cannot use a the moment so needs to be repaired/replaced 118.5cmx100cm. -Kitchen blind Broken from string. Cannot use up and down function so needs to be repaired/replaced 150cmx140cm

There is water damage to the shower windows wood trimmings, it needs to checked for dry rot. Then I think sealed and wood trimmings replaced.

Need a new door with fly screen installed.

We are in need of replacing our 1971 Australite Windows. Primarily I thought we would need to change the whole Windows (including the frames) but I will leave it to your criteria as I'm not sure whether is better to replace the whole thing.
