The fly screen sliding door that opens to my backyard has come off the track. Even if I try to push it on to the track, it comes off easily. Hello, I need someone to please help me purchase and install a new fly screen on our sliding door as our dog has scratched the existing one and ripped holes.

The door is tilting, causing the latch to misalign, and it cannot be locked when closed. I’ve tried adjusting by unscrewing and rescrewing the hinge, but it hasn't worked.
