Need a medium dog door installed on my double glazed window (80X70cm)

This is an old door to the sunroom which has the rolling parts not working

I need some help to tighten the fixing screws for the cat door (pic 1) and to affix the remaining part of cat run with small bendable metal wires(provided). I suspect the job shouldn’t take more than 20mins.

I have new double interior sliding barn doors and there is about a 40mm gap between the wall and the doors. I would like to get an experienced carpenter to design a way to close that gap on both sides and across the top of the doors to make the room more soundproof. The room is a loungeroom, but we have converted it into a big bedroom for my son and daughter-in-law and their 5-month-old baby. The room is too noisy for the baby, so we need to deaden the sound as much as possible.
