Water damaged window sill in the kitchen needs to be replaced.

Our double entrance door needs replacing due to damage from the elements. We are looking at purchasing 2 of these frosted glass doors. We also need our garage external door replaced as again, it’s damaged due to the elements. I have attached photos of our current doors and the doors we are looking at purchasing. Can you please advise how much it would cost to install these doors.

My shower door cannot be closed properly. Needs fixing

We want to install closet and pantry door pull. The door has hole and hence why will need add a bit of wood to be able to install the handle. pictures will give you more idea. There are 5 handles to be installed. We will buy those. You will need to get 5 round piece of wood as shown in picture.

Need to fix a rotten window. there may be some wet or dry rot that’s set in on a window frame. Looking for someone to diagnose and then treat/repair.

Have a replacement solid wood door (doesn't have hinge mortise or lockset cut out yet)need someone to make those cuts, hang the door, make sure it swings/closes perfectly etc... would like existing hinge, deadbolt etc. Placements used, but please add a few more hinges for stability and reppace existing ones (all black please) If possible between 3pm and 6pm, or 8am through 11am, doesn't have to be Monday like I've indicated, any weekday should be fine. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 4 September 2023

Fix garage door I believe Motor works fine

My garage door is not rising properly. When pressing the 'up' button, it rises about 10 centrimeters, clicks and then goes back down. I can manually lift the garage door (it is a bit heavy compared to when I used to lift it - maybe it isn't oiled enougth anymore). The garage door descends fine using the motor. **NOTE: Originally the ceiling was pushing down on the roller door, which prevented it from going up. I had a tradesman come in and fix it. The roller door then started going up okay, but now it is having issues again. I can't see any obstruction from the top. ** NOTE: I haven't had it serviced in 4 years, so that probably isn't helping - Due date: Flexible

My garage door opens fine. However, when closing, it is stuck at the top. The engine makes some whirring sounds, but it can't go down. I can then manually put it down a little. Once it is down about a quarter, I can then press the down button and it closes properly. Manually opening the garage door works fine both ways.
