I am looking to get installed a B&D Automatic Garage Door. Prior to them doing this, i need to get installed 3 Noggins in the correct X Y and Z positions so they can install their tracks for the sectional overhead garage door. I have solar on my roof, so opening it up is difficult. I assume the install happens from under. In the below photos u can see the timber joists under the the plasterboard and also the gradient of my roof. I assume someone skilled in carpentry can install the 3 noggins so when B&D mount the railing it doesn't fall down. We can grant access during business hrs and after if convienent as well as weekends. I imagine this is a simply job for someone skilled.

High spot/section under garage door needs to be ground down to allow door to close properly at the ends. Estimate that grinding along a distance of 1m x 30 cm , with the max of the high spot being 1-2 cm above the ends(assumed to be at same level both sides, (photos attached), understand that contractor would perhaps want to visit before committing. - Due date: Flexible

We had a minor flooding. Now the cause has been fixed I need the carpet in 2 small areas re-seated (a bay window and wardrobe). The underlay and strips are all in tact. My guess is you will be out of here within 30 minutes with the right tool(s). - Due date: Flexible

I just got new timber floors laid and need doors trimmed slightly to avoid rubbing. I also need some shelves/cabinets removed and disposed off. Open to quotes and I can provide myself as a spare set of hands to make your job easier... if needed. Remove and dispose: 1. Carefully remove 4 existing shelves from a plasterboard wall and make good wall for painting. (Painting by others). Please note these shelves are firmly fixed. 2. Carefully remove a mdf unit, it only needs one screw removed. The screew head is a bit worn away, a powerful drill should do it. Just be careful taking this out, I’ll make good the wall but if you damage the wall from a hole or dent, then pleaase make good ready for painting. 3. deleted. Trim doors and re-hang: 4. Carefully trim 6 single doors and rehang. 5. Carefully cut / trim double doors with a laaminate finish. I appreciate, we may not get a clean cut on these, just carefully try. Once cut, re-hang. Other conditions: 6. No electrical sawing in the house (due to dust issues). We maybe to do it in the bathroom next to the doors. 7. You are able to park in the drive way. Space in the garage if you need a space to set up (if its raining). 8. Two of the hinges needs standard screws, which I can supply. (if I don’t, happy to pay). 9. Painting not required. 10.
