Hi, We are from Oscar Wylee. We have an issue with 2 no's of door handles in the store. 1. Optometrist door handle - loose 2. Storeroom door handle - Cover from both sides have come off and 1x screw has loosened completely and removed. Have tried to screw back in the screw but seems the hole on the door is too big. Can you please send us your quote for repair both door locks? Tighten door handle and fit door handle covers, possibly put screw in all 4x hole guides instead of only 2x to prevent this again
