Hang pictures, but it on door handles

Have a side garage door plus actual garage door that I need rekeyed. Plus a sliding door in the house that the previous owners can not find the key for. Would also like to have a door lock installed inside for our private items when we are not there. If possible would like a digital front door lock installed so I can change the passcode for access. Have no real idea about the cost so I have just placed an amount.

* Replacing balcony sliding door lock * Lock already pre-bought * Position, holes already there (holes just need to be made larger with a 9mm drill bit) * Estimate it would take someone 30 mins max * Tools needed: 9mm drill bit & drill, phillips head screwdriver Ideally need this done before 2pm tomorrow

The Vanity cupboards are swollen and broken due to water damage, moisture and general wear and tear

We have a set of ten wide steps from our driveway to our front door. At some point I think these must have been painted by the previous owner but now they just look a mess. We're looking to either repair or replace. Unsure of how much this will cost as obviously will depend on what actually needs to be done - happy to receive ideas!

I need garage panel door adjusted. It lifts fine but sounds like it kinks the chain a bit. When it goes down it kinks the chain a lot. Sometime it goes one panel down and stops. Sometimes it goes about 200mm off the floor and stops. If i assist it going down it will go down all the way.

Pantry door not opening and closing properly. Isn’t sitting straight; therefore sitting on the drawer below and makes it hard to open and close without damaging the below. Might need new hinges but I’m not sure.

My 2 bifold doors need to shortened by about 10mm (as they are hard to open/close due to the new carpet being too thick). (In the photo there is only one visible, as I already taken one down) The job needs to be completed either Thu 12th or Fri 13th.

Install dog door into external door

We have a double sliding door which doesn’t slide open and closed. We also have a bedroom hinge door that won’t stay closed.

We have a sliding door that kinda had it. The wheels are busted and fairly outdated. The bottom rail is a goner. I'd like someone very capable with attention to details to come out and quote for removal and disposal of old sliding door and the installation of a new sliding door whilst on site. Ultimately looking at getting the door replaced by Thursday if possible.
