I need someone to come and provide a quote to service or repair ten windows to make them easy to open and close. There are sash and awning windows. Need it done within the next two weeks.

Need experienced trade person to install new door to existing frame and hinges. I have new door so just need it installed. Slight planning required to one side of door (5mm). No door knob or latch required. Painting not required. Door size 81.7cm wide x 2.04m long.

Three things I would like to fix. One is the backyard door is unable to be locked. second is the built-in button of the toilet is currently not functioning. The last one is to change the light bulb on the ceiling
