The door has been damaged in the central panel and needs to either have the panel repaired or replaced. If it can be painted to match the rest of the door it would be ideal but this is not mandatory.

A tow truck knocked into my fence and the post on which the roller gate is attached to. As you can see, it has come off the rail, which has warped. The roller gate itself may need replacing (not sure). The tricky bit is that it would need to be taken down from the post, before the fencer can replace the post, after which it needs to be reinstalled back and so it may need to be split over two occasions.

I need 4 (maybe 5) doorknobs installed but as there is newish carpet in the two bedrooms, the doors are not closing as well as they should, so perhaps the doors need adjusting in some way? Hinges?
