Basement hatch door not working correctly

Need to remove existing door Measure inside of frame Purchase replacement door from Bunnings etc And fit the new door so that it opens inwards instead of outwards (The existing door is not an exterior door so is getting weather damaged)

Motor is operating, however chain is not moving.

I have 2 new doors which have been painted, I need them installed into existing door frames, and also require the door handles to be installed.
