Bedroom door seems to be jammed and can not be open. Need assistance to open and ladder to reach level 2 of house

Double garage roller door not working When button is manually pressed or by remote, the motor runs but the door does not lift.

We need a simple sliding door supplied and installed to cover a nook in the garage where we store things. The garage is in a basement carpark of a small apartment building and is on title and separate from other parking - so no issues. Framework is there to mount hardware for sliding door . Best for local carpenter to come, measure and quote . Height of gap is 214 cm width of gap is 208 cm - see pics posted

screws torn out of hinge in aluminium door

Shower needs silicone where floor tiles meet glass on 2 sides (1.3m and 1m approx). Light grey silicone (preferred) 1 door hinge needing repair, have tightened a few times but still comes loose. If possible, pocket sliding door to pantry needs repair, not sliding properly. If pocket sliding door is too difficult or will cost substantially more, then happy to proceed with just the other 2 tasks.
