The garage is in a basement carpark of a small apartment building and is on title and separate from other parking - so no issues. Framework is there to mount hardware for sliding door . Shower needs silicone where floor tiles meet glass on 2 sides (1.3m and 1m approx). Light grey silicone (preferred) 1 door hinge needing repair, have tightened a few times but still comes loose. If possible, pocket sliding door to pantry needs repair, not sliding properly. If pocket sliding door is too difficult or will cost substantially more, then happy to proceed with just the other 2 tasks.

I need someone to attach two outdoor screen panels (aluminium skin with plastic core, from Bunnings) to an existing metal frame on the side wall of my back porch / patio. Each panel is approx. 1800 x 1200 mm. You’ll need to drill matching holes in the panels and the metal frame, and then fix the panels with appropriate bolts, washers, nuts and spacers.
