Fix broken window at front of the house approx measurements of frame edge to edge is 1440x780

the hung windows can't stop in the middle and drop down immidiately when i let it go.

2 single hung slide windows are work badly, one can't stop at all and drop down immidiatly when I let it go. the other one can stop but i need very hard to push up and down.
