We need a new hook hinge installed on an existing widow. We have the hinge we just need help fixing it to the window properly. I have a video of what I mean please contact me for it!

Looking to get this damage fixed as much as possible without having to replace the door. Doesn't need to be perfect, just looking less damaged and ideally a bit of paint to prevent rusting

I would like this door to open outwards instead of inwards.

Two doors have problems with their hinges. The pantry door is sticking out and makes a noise when it closes. The bifold laundry door is coning off its hinges.

The front door handle is coming off the door and needs to be secured again

The are 3 wooden top hung windows - 1 downstairs in the dining room and 2 upstairs in the rear bedroom. (1) The winding mechanism to open and close the windows may need repairs or replacements. (2)The bottom edge of the window panels may need to be adjusted or shaved as it's scraping the window sill causing jamming and straining the winding mechanism. (3)One of the vertical sliding internal window may need adjustment as the swivelling lock doesn't engage properly. Work has to be done neatly and shoes not worn in the house.

Single garage spring (black and green spring) has snapped, and requires replacement (including purchase of a new spring) and putting the new spring in place.

I have the components(I.e screws etc.) But can’t work out how to install the door

Hi, we need a tradesperson to repair a large awning window, whose two hinges we think need replacement. The arm on one has bent and so it can no longer close, the other has had a piece come off that ensures the window properly seals when shut. The window is on the second floor but there is level access on both sides, with the first level rooftop extending significantly further out then our floor. Attached is pictures of the bent hinge and window. Cost is negotiable.

Replace shutter door or temporary baracade. Shutter door burnt and partially melted.

The door won't close properly and is getting worse with the colder weather. Have tried to temporarily resolve the problem as you can see in the photos, but need a permanent solution

Pressure wash outdoor decking area (about 4m X 2m total area) and wash the pull down clear plastic outdoor blind. Shouldn't take more than 45 mins total. Will need to supply own pressure washer.

Screws needed for 3 of the 4 hinges on laundry cupboard door (x2 screws per hinge). All hinges attached but the middle small screws have come away and been lost. This has caused them to be no longer attached. Hinges are in good working order. It really just needs appropriate screws and to be re-attached. Appropriate screws are in the marked photo in red which was taken from one remaining hinge attached.

I need to screw fix my google doorbell to my front door & activate it. I think I lost the bracket it is supposed to go on. I also need someone to purchase & install a handle (black or gold finish) to my gate. See attached pics of all

The garage door bends from the top while shutting. I'm not sure how much money it does take.

We would like to install the window supplied into a section of our kitchen for more light. You will nee to supply everything other than the window, there is a Bowens and Bunnings nearby. There are kitchen cabinets above and below where we want it installed and two power points that will need moving across to fit it in. The external wall is a fibre cement extension we were told. We need it sealed and architraves externally. We will be tiling and using tile trim internally but needs to be sealed. We need a good handy person to install fly wire (and obtain fly wire from Bunnings or similar - we will pay for the materials) into double hung timber window frames. Victorian terrace house, about 3 frames (frames already done as pictured). The frames also need sanding and painting white (we will pay for the white paint). - Due date: Before Saturday, 20 January 2024

Need a hole patched and finished (painted) in hollow door that is used as a walk in robe door. The hole goes all the way through and the other side of the door is worse than the front. All materials must be supplied. Hole is about the size of a fist as pictured. Back of the door will need fixing as well. The back side of the door the hole has opened up more. - Due date: Flexible
