Looking for someone to fix my front door handle. My apartment's front door handle is not working properly. We can only push it upwards to open the door. The door does not open when the handle is pushed downwards. I have attached some photos of the handle. I have 4 x glass louvre windows held within aluminum power coat framing that all need to be removed and taken offsite from the balcony side (they can’t be removed from external). I need someone to come and fix the hinge on our security screen door. Looks like the special screws which keep the hinge in place has come off. So just need someone to fix some new screws/bolts onto the screen door for one of the hinges. See photos. I’ve also taken a photo of the other hinge which is fine so you can see what special type of screw/bolt is needed. Bullaburra location in the middle blue mountains. Prefer job to be done as soon as possible on Monday but happy to consider Tuesday also.
