Garage door noisy needs servicing

Needing the garage door tensioned as it stops when motor is trying to pull it up (so I’m told), also need 2 remotes programmed.

4 x internal doors and a basketball hoop kids toy thing to be taken to the dump please

There is small doggy pet door flap which is warped over time in the Security screen of laundry door and needs to be replaced.

Remove existing pantry door and replace with a colour matched laminate door, and replace oven surround with colour matched laminate.Looks like two other doors could do with some work as well.
