Remove a timber awning from above bifold doors. Awning is fixed to the brick wall with dynabolts. Awning is located on the ground floor and can be accessed easily. Also needs to be disposed of elsewhere.

We have three doors underneath the stairs that make a shoe cupboard. The doors have come off the hinges as per the pics attached. Two doors are off, one is partially off. The job is to come in and reattach two doors and secure the third so that it doesn't come off. The hinges/brackets are on the frame (see pics) although I am not 100% sure if they are still in full working order (I think they are).

One bedroom air-conditioning isn't turning on, not sure what's the issue!!! Also remote garage shutter door isn't working with remote. Need rectification & repair.

2 window fly screens replaced 1 door screen replaced

We have a wooden sliding door that's hanging on a single rail at the top (no rail at the bottom), however it currently keeps getting jammed / falls off the rail. We are looking to have this repaired. It may need a new rail to be installed. Can send images but not until Wednesday. We would like to get this done on Thursday, 26th ideally or Friday morning 27th Sep.
