Adjust fire door latch & sweep to be lighter to open. Our apartment front door is a fire door with a tight heavy open and too fast shut pull. After surgery I’m unable to open the front door because it’s too heavy. Just need the latch system adjusted to make it lighter to open and slower to close. We are after someone to make a mesh cover. We have an indoor garden and want a cover to prevent our cat from sitting and eating the plants. The cover needs to be small mesh (like fly wire to stop her getting the food) for airflow and slip over the top of the unit. The top of the cover with a waterproof type fabric. A zip on one side to help access the plants easily. Photo of the indoor garden and measurements included to assist. Fit and hang 7 standard hollow doors and 1x glass door and fit handles to doors. Standard doors on two hinges with steel frame Must have own tools. Doors and handles are supplied.

Drill out and replace 24 rivets along vertical metal window fascia running from ground to top of 2 level townhouse. Approx 7 meters to top of job from pavement so required sturdy ladder or other means of safe access. Some rivets have already popped out at top and bottom resulting in flapping in heavy wind.

Fix rollers on sliding wardrobe doors - Due date: Flexible

Drill out 24 rivets then supply and install stainless steel replacement rivets on the metal fascia running from the ground to top of 2 level townhouse as per attached photos. Some rivets at top and bottom have already popped out and this is causing flapping during strong wind. Requires an insured tradesperson very sturdy ladder or own cherry picker to enable safe access to the highest point at around 7m from the adjacent footpath. It's a simple job but access to the top of the job is the issue.
