Garage door is sagging as goes up and down. Metal beam placed a year ago but needs another one as sagging still. I think 5 m across. Thicker better to stop recurring. Just need someone who has drill that can go into metal and has access to metal beam like in pictures. Price may vary depending on cost for metal beam used. Hoping to fix clothes line ( separate task) at same time if possible.

The bedroom door to the main bedroom in my apartment is a cavity sliding door. It was slammed too hard oneday and seems to have pushed the internal stopper off/bent it as the door now gets stuck open when its opened to be flush with the frame. I have a door to the pantry which has always scratched the floorboards slightly when I opened it. As we just had the floorboards done.(and it still just touches the floorboards) , I would like to get someone who can come in, take the door down, remove about 3 mm off the bottom of the door and re-hang It. I think it’s 660 mm wide (it’s the typical small pantry door size). I would love the job be done on Monday, although not absolutely essential.The Sunday before is also an option or late on the following Tuesday.
