update:pest inspection has been done, and it is not termite damage, but due to water leak around window frame. Part of the window frame is cracked suddenly, and have some soft dust near it. not sure what happened. I left home for two weeks and found this when came home.

The middle part of the windows joining the upstairs and downstairs has cracked and everytime it rains heavily water comes into the downstairs room via the damaged areas and down the inside of the window. We need it removed and replaced and made safe. I’d like some ideas on what to replace it with (design for the middle part and options we have) The total area (2 sides and middle) is around 3 metres

I’ve purchased new hardware for 10 x cupboard doors. 2 x hinges per door to be replaced (same size). 1 x handle per door to be replaced (the brass is new). Only 2 doors will need slightly larger holes cut, as the new flush pull brass handles are larger than old ones being replaced.
